Start with one page per process. If you run CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and finishing, that's four pages, not four bullets on a single Capabilities page. An engineer sourcing a part searches the process, not your company name, and one page trying to rank for all of them ranks for none. Each process page should carry what it can hold: part envelope, axis count, typical volumes, lead times, and which secondary operations you handle in house versus what you farm out. That last detail matters more than most manufacturers expect, because a buyer choosing between two shops is often really choosing how many vendors they have to manage.
Materials and tolerances deserve their own treatment, either on each process page or as pages of their own when a material is a genuine specialty. An engineer with a print in hand has two questions before any others: can you hold this tolerance, and have you run this material. So publish the ranges. Stainless grades, aluminum series, exotics, plastics, whatever you actually run, plus the tolerances you hold routinely rather than the best number you ever hit. Being specific only costs you the jobs you'd have lost at the quote stage anyway, and it wins the ones where a buyer was scanning for exactly that number.
Certifications and quality get a page because they work as a screening filter, not a badge. ISO 9001, AS9100, ITAR registration, weld certs, whatever applies: state the standard, the scope of the registration, and when it was last audited. Add how you handle inspection, what sits in the quality lab, whether you provide first article inspection reports and material certs, and what your PPAP process looks like if you serve automotive. Buyers in regulated industries eliminate suppliers on this page before they read anything else, and a vague line about a commitment to quality reads the same as no certification at all.
Industries served pages do the translation work.
