Privacy policy.

How Alkali Designs LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website or contact us about a project.

Last updated: April 19, 2026

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit a form on this site (contact, book a call), we collect the information you voluntarily share: name, email address, company, website, budget range, and the project description you include. The information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this site we automatically collect technical data including your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. This data is used to keep the site secure, to understand how it is used, and to improve it.

Information from other sources

We may obtain information from public databases and business data providers (for example, to match an inbound lead with the company they work at). This information is used to make outreach more relevant and to keep our records accurate.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, deliver services, invoice and support clients, prevent fraud, measure how our site and marketing perform, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-party services we use

We use a small set of third-party tools on this site to understand how visitors use it and to measure the performance of our marketing. Each has its own privacy practices.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information in the following limited cases:

  • Service providers we use to operate the business (the tools listed above, plus invoicing, email, and project-management systems), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
  • Legal requirements — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (web beacons, pixels, local storage) to operate the site and measure usage. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can configure your browser to reject or delete cookies. Doing so may affect the functionality of the site.

6. How long we keep your information

We retain personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it.

7. How we keep your information secure

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No transmission over the internet and no storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to limit and disclose any breach in line with applicable law.

8. Children

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our site is not directed at children. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your privacy rights

Marketing communications

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

Access, correction, deletion

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your data. We honor these requests subject to limited legal exceptions (for example, where we are required to retain records for tax or fraud-prevention purposes).

U.S. state privacy rights

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia, you have specific rights under your state privacy law, including the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sales, or profiling. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at solutions@alkalidesigns.com. We respond within 45 days, with one extension of up to 45 additional days if reasonably necessary. You may also appeal a denied request by replying to our decision.

Do Not Track

There is no universal standard for Do Not Track signals. This site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will update this section if a widely adopted standard is established.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site or communicated directly where required.
