Do you work with all of Twilio, SendGrid, and Segment?

Yes. They’re all part of the Twilio family now, and we implement them individually or together. Most of the value comes from integrating them, so an event in your application can trigger a message, an email, and a clean data record without three disconnected setups.

Can you set up Twilio messaging or two-factor authentication for our app?

Yes. SMS and WhatsApp notifications, two-factor authentication via Twilio Verify, voice workflows, and the application integration that makes them fire reliably. We handle the delivery logic and error handling, not just the initial connection.

Our SendGrid emails are landing in spam. Can you fix deliverability?

Yes. Deliverability work is a common engagement: domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sender reputation, list hygiene, and the template and content factors that affect placement. We diagnose what’s driving it and fix the root cause.

What does Segment actually do for us?

Segment collects customer and event data once and routes it to all your other tools, so analytics, ads, email, and your warehouse work from the same data instead of each having its own partial version. We design the tracking plan and wire up the sources and destinations so the data is consistent everywhere.

Yes. Segment’s value is in its destinations. We set up the connections to analytics, advertising platforms, email tools, and data warehouses, and design the tracking plan so what flows through is clean and consistent rather than a mess of ad-hoc events.
