The story.
Zapier’s enterprise team had a customer with a complex problem: they needed a CRM integration that went beyond what Zapier’s standard workflows could handle on their own. Zapier had already scoped the solution with the customer. What they needed was an implementation partner who could carry it out.
They brought us in because we knew the platform, we knew how to extend it with custom API work, and we were comfortable operating inside a three-way engagement. We worked alongside Zapier’s team and the end customer to build what had been outlined: a combination of custom Zapier workflows and bespoke API functionality that handled what off-the-shelf automation couldn’t.
We’ve done several of these with Zapier over the years. Each one had its own shape, but the pattern was consistent. Zapier’s enterprise team did the strategy work with the customer. We did the implementation work, alongside both teams, to ship what had been planned.
