Is the service really completely free?

Yes. The audit is free with no obligation. We only charge if you decide to engage us for the website rebuild after seeing the findings, and you'll always have a fixed-scope proposal in hand before any work starts.

How much does a project cost?

The audit itself is free. Project pricing depends entirely on scope, and we share a specific number on the audit call once we've seen your site and understood your goals.

How long does a project take and how involved do I need to be?

Most projects are delivered in six to eight weeks from start to launch. That timeline can be shorter depending on how quickly you're able to provide feedback during the process.

In terms of your involvement, the heaviest lift is at the beginning.

We'll need your input during the strategy and discovery phase so we can properly understand your business, your customers, and what the website needs to do.

After that, you'll review designs and provide feedback at key milestones, but we're not filling your calendar with calls or chasing you for approvals on every detail.

What does the ongoing support after launch actually look like?

Once your website is live, we stay on as your web partner.

That means when you need a new service page, a team member added, a section updated for a product launch or announcement, it gets handled quickly and cleanly.

You're not submitting tickets into a queue and waiting two weeks. You're working with the same team that built the site, who already understand your business and your brand.

This is also how your website stays current as your business evolves.

Who actually does the work? Is any of it outsourced?

Everything is handled in-house by our team of 15 across design, development, and project management. Nothing gets outsourced.

The people you speak to during the sales process are the same people involved in delivering your project.

There's no handoff to a junior you've never met or a third-party team overseas that you didn't know existed.

This is one of the most common frustrations we hear from companies that come to us.

They built a relationship with one person on the agency side, signed on, and then never spoke to that person again.

That doesn't happen here.

What companies do you work with?

We work with established B2B companies across a wide range of industries.

Our clients include everything from mid-market companies doing a few million a year through to enterprise brands like PayPal, 1Password, and Adept AI.

The common thread isn't a specific industry. It's that the business has grown, the website hasn't kept up, and they need a partner to rebuild it properly and stick around to support it.

If your company is doing $1M or more in annual revenue and you know your website doesn't reflect where the business is today, you're exactly who we built this for.

What if I'm not happy with the direction during the project?

You see everything before it goes into development. The strategy, the positioning, the messaging, the design, all of it is reviewed and approved by you at each stage.

If something doesn't feel right, we adjust it before any code gets written.

That's one of the reasons we invest so heavily in the diagnosis and strategy phase upfront.

It means the design and development that follows is built on foundations you've already signed off on.

And if at any point during the engagement you feel like the fit isn't right, we'll have an honest conversation about it.

In their own words.

Alkali did a great job assisting us with our project. Their specific domain knowledge was instrumental. They communicated effectively, collaborated with us on requirements, and delivered on time.
